Salmon Cakes with Roasted Pepper Tarragon Remoulade

This recipe is great for using leftover cooked salmon, or using canned salmon. Don’t use fresh salmon especially for this recipe; it wouldn’t make sense to ruin a beautiful piece of salmon this way.
