I just happened across this today and wanted to share with you the fact that this is photoshopped. A quick way to tell is that the Face laying down and the face being held up SHOULD be mirror images of one another. (After all, they were supposedly all together just moments before, right?)
Note then that the Eyebrow on the RIGHT does NOT match the one which should be above it. It DOES, however match the other eyebrow. This means that both of these are the SAME and NOT mirror images. THus, cute, but sadly, photoshopped.
